Description
For the treatment of heart failure in dogs due to mitral regurgitation (endocardiosis) and dilated cardiomyopathy. For the treatment of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in cats. For the treatment of chronic kidney disease in cats and dogs.

Fortekor 2.5mg is a prescription medication used in dogs and cats for the treatment of chronic heart failure and kidney (renal) disease. It contains benazepril hydrochloride, an ACE (angiotensin-converting enzyme) inhibitor that helps to reduce blood pressure, improve blood flow, and slow the progression of kidney damage.
