Baytril contains enrofloxacin, a veterinary fluoroquinolone antibiotic. It is indicated for the treatment of susceptible gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria in cats, dogs and exotic animals (small mammals, birds and reptiles). Available in convenient formulations including flavoured tablets and an oral suspension, as well as an injectable formulation. Safe to use in dogs from 12 months of age (or 18 months for giant breed dogs), and 12 weeks of age in cats.
