The MILA Closed Urine Collection Systems provide a safer, more efficient alternative to improvised urine collection methods. By maintaining a sterile closed fluid pathway from the catheter to the collection bag, these systems help reduce the risk of catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTIs) while simplifying urine collection and monitoring. Large-bore collection tubing promotes unrestricted urine flow, while the anti-reflux valve helps prevent urine from flowing back toward the patient regardless of collection bag position. Easy-to-read volume markings allow clinicians to accurately monitor urine output, and the integrated 360° SPINNER helps prevent tubing twists and kinks during patient movement. Available as complete collection systems or replacement components, these systems are designed to improve patient care while reducing the challenges commonly associated with urinary drainage management.
