Updating your Shopping Cart

We will be making some updates to certain products available online. These updates are designed to streamline and make it easier for you to place your order.


What’s Changing?

  • Product Updates: A select range of item codes are being phased out. Items that are available in multiple quantities (such as individually and as a box of ten) currently exist as two separate item codes. These higher quantity items will be removed to leave just the base single item.
  • New Features: These same items will now have a quantity select feature, making it easier for you to order and see exactly how many are in your cart.

The items being phased out will not disappear from the site immediately, but will be unavailable to purchase and will direct you towards the relevant item code you need instead.



Updates to Shopping Lists

Customers who utilise our shopping lists to save their regularly ordered items may need to update their lists, so that their list does not contain items being phased out. 

Start by logging into your account and opening up your shopping list. Any item that is being removed will still be found in your existing list, but you will be unable to select it and add it to your cart. These items will be easily to identify as they will have “INVALID ITEM CODE” message as shown below -





This message will also supply you with the item code you need to replace the invalid code, along with its order quantity.





Take note of the replacement item code, then hover over the item and click on the 'Edit Options' button. 

 

 

A 'Product Options' popup will appear. Click on the dropdown menu and select the new item code from the list. Then click on 'Save Options'.

 

 

The old invalid code will now be replaced in your shopping list with the single item code and you can update the quantity by typing directly into the quantity box. Our new Quantity Step feature will also display the available pack sizes. Click on the desired pack size to order in multiples of that quantity.
