The MILA Trans-Tracheal Wash Kits are designed for collection of lower airway samples using a catheter-over-needle insertion technique. Each kit includes a semi-rigid flushing/sampling catheter with a stiffening stylet to facilitate placement and a female luer adapter for easy connection to syringes and accessories. The flushing catheter is packaged within a protective sleeve, allowing aseptic handling during placement without requiring sterile gloves. Multiple sizes are available to accommodate patients ranging from medium-sized dogs to adult horses.
