Active Constituents: Doxycycline HCL 40mg/g

Psittavet Antibiotic Soluble Powder

Indications: For the treatment of psittacosis / ornithosis ( caused by Chlamydia psittaci ) and other susceptible bacteria diseases in caged and aviary birds and pigeons by drinking water medication.

Dose Rate: Parrots mix 4g in 400ml of drinking water. Pigeons mix 4g in 800ml of drinking water.

Directions: For Chlamydia infections treat birds for 45 days. Remove all other drinking water supply and change medicated water daily. For other susceptible infections treat birds for 7-10 days, change medicated water daily.
