MILA Peripheral IV Catheters are designed to provide reliable vascular access for fluid administration, medication delivery, and blood sampling in veterinary patients. Superior needle sharpness and a smooth transition from needle to catheter help minimize tissue trauma, reduce patient discomfort, and decrease the risk of catheter burring during placement. The transparent catheter body and stylet hub allow easy visualization of flashback to confirm vessel entry, while the radiopaque catheter material supports identification during imaging procedures. An integrated filter vent helps prevent blood loss during insertion and may be used to temporarily cap the catheter prior to attachment of an extension set.
