FENTANYL SANDOZ® (FENTANYL) TRANSDERMAL DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM

Fentanyl Sandoz 12* microgram/h transdermal patch - surface area of 5.25 cm2.

 

* The lowest dose is designated as 12 microgram/hour (however, the actual dosage is 12.5 microgram/hour) to distinguish it from a 125 microgram/hour dosage that could be prescribed by using multiple patches.
