The EZ-IO® Intraosseous Vascular Access System is designed to provide rapid vascular access for emergency delivery of fluids, medications, and blood products directly into the circulatory system through the intramedullary space. The powered insertion system facilitates fast, controlled placement of intraosseous needles when traditional vascular access is difficult, delayed, or unsuccessful. The EZ-IO® Power Driver features a sealed lithium battery system, visual battery status indicator, and maintenance-free design with an expected operating life of approximately 500 insertions. Sterile clinical needle sets and economical non-sterile training needles are available in multiple lengths to accommodate a variety of patients and training applications.
