MILA Guidewire Inserted Chest Tube Kits are designed for percutaneous placement of thoracic drainage catheters using the Seldinger technique. Constructed from fenestrated polyurethane, the catheters are intended for drainage and lavage of the pleural cavity in veterinary patients. Commonly used for management of pyothorax, hemothorax, pneumothorax, thoracic lavage, and pericardial drainage, these kits provide clinicians with a minimally invasive option for thoracic access. Each kit includes the components required for catheter placement and securement, with configurations tailored to the selected catheter size and length.


  • Designed for percutaneous placement using the Seldinger technique
