Oral Anti-Inflammatory & Analgesic For Horses. An aid in the treatment of musculo-skeletal conditions and soft tissue injuries in horses where anti-inflammatory, anti-pyretic and analgesic activity would be beneficial.
ACTIVE CONSTITUENT: 200 mg/mL Phenylbutazone
Administer paste orally 30 minutes prior to feeding. Elevate the horse’s head & using a suitable dosing syringe, deposit the appropriate dose into the back of the mouth. Keep the horse’s head elevated & observe the horse to ensure the dose is swallowed. HORSES 450kg; 10mL (2g Phenylbutazone) twice on the first day, then 5mL (1g PBZ) twice daily for 4 days, then 5mL (1g PBZ) daily or every second day as required or as directed by a vet. Ponies 225kg; 5mL (1g PBZ) daily for 4 days, then 2.5mL (0.5g PBZ) daily or every second day as required or as directed by a vet.
