Prevents electrolyte deficiencies that may lead to dehydration, cramping, poor performance and nervousness
Common greyhound diets may not contain sufficient electrolytes (body salts) to meet the needs of racing greyhounds. Training, travelling and panting deplete electrolytes each day, particularly during hotter months. BETA-CEL added to food can prevent electrolyte deficiencies.
BETA-CEL contains a range of different salts including chloride, magnesium and potassium in the optimal amounts to meet the needs of the working dog. BETA-CEL also contains glucose to aid in the absorption of salts from the gut, plus lactate and citrate salts which help buffer muscle acidosis.

DOSAGE & DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Place 3g of BETA-CEL powder on the morning or evening meal. Alternatively, the 3g may be dissolved in 500ml of drinking water. In hot weather or tropical climates this dose may be increased to 6g.
When adding dry powder to food, ensure adequate supply of clean drinking water is available at all times.
