AbbeyChlor™ CTC CHLORTETRACYCLINE Soluble Powder

For prevention or treatment of diseases of poultry and pigs caused by microorganisms sensitive to Chlortetracycline.

Active Ingredients
950g/kg CHLORTETRACYCLINE HCL

Dosage and Administration
POULTRY: Prophylactic dose: Use 12mg per kg liveweight. Supply in drinking water daily for 3 or more days as indicated.
POULTRY: Therapeutic dose: Use 60mg per kg liveweight. Supply in drinking water daily for 2 to 5 days, depending on the severity of the symptoms.
PIGS: Prophylactic dose: Use 6mg per kg liveweight daily.
PIGS: Therapeutic dose: Use 25mg per kg liveweight daily.


Withholding Period
MEAT: Prophylactic dose: DO NOT USE less than 7 days (in pigs and poultry) before slaughter for human consumption.
MEAT: Therapeutic dose: DO NOT USE less than 4 days (in poultry) and 5 days (in pigs) before slaughter for human consumption.
EGGS: Zero (0) days.
