How do I place an order?

How can I track my order?

A Connote number is on the bottom of invoices emailed to you upon despatch - Enter Connote number which is on the bottom of your invoice. Fastway - www.fastway.com.au Startrack - www.startrack.com.au

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time frame, please contact customer service on 1800 447 385 or email customerservice@zebravet.com.au and we will start investigating immediately for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I provide delivery instructions for my parcel?

Yes, you can enter delivery instructions at checkout. These instructions will be printed on your Connote label for the Carrier to read. For example - 'please leave at the front door if no-one is available'

What should I do if a product is incorrect, faulty or my order arrived damaged?

If you have any problems with a product you have received, we would love to find a solution. Please contact Customer service on 1800 447 385 or email customerservice@zebravet.com.au and we will work out the best option.

Can I see my past orders?

Yes, you can find your order history by following the steps below: 1. Log into your account on our website 2. Click on MY ACCOUNT 3. Click ‘Order history' Your orders will be displayed starting with your most recent order at the top

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

If you need to change, add or remove an item, please call us on as soon as possible on 1800 447 385 or email customerservice@zebravet.com.au as we strive to get all orders picked, packed and despatched your way as quickly as we can.

Why haven't I received my order confirmation email?

If your order confirmation hasn't arrived, firstly check in your junk or spam folder. If you are still unable to locate this email, please contact 1800 447 385 or email customerservice@zebravet.com.au
