Cardalis ia a combination medication for dogs containing benazepril (ACE inhibitor) and spironolactone (aldosterone antagonist). It is used in the management of congestive heart failure (CHF) due to atrioventricular valvular insufficiency. INDICATIONS
Cardalis is indicated for use in dogs with congestive heart failure caused by atrioventricular valvular insufficiency (mitral valve disease). It supports cardiac function, reduces fluid buildup, and helps control symptoms such as coughing, fatigue, and exercise intolerance.
PRECAUTIONS
Species: Dogs only. Do not use in cats.
Not for use in: Dogs with severe kidney failure, hyperkalaemia, or known sulfonamide allergy.

Drug interactions: Use with caution alongside NSAIDs or potassium supplements.
