Intramammary antibiotic suspension for treatment of clinical mastitis. Each single dose injector contains 75 mg cefquinome in a paraffin base for rapid release and elimination.
Active Ingredients
Cefquinome 75mg (as the sulphate)/syringe.
Indications
For the treatment of clinical mastitis in lactating cows caused by Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus uberis, Streptococcus dysgalactiae, Escherchia coli and other enterobacteria susceptible to cefquinome.
Dosage
The contents of one syringe should be infused into the teat canal of each infected quarter immediately following each of three successive milkings, i.e. every 12 hours.
Withholding Period
Milk: 8 milkings (96 hours)
Meat: 2 days
Pack Size: 20 Syringes
