MILA CPDA-1 Anticoagulant Solution is designed specifically for small-volume veterinary blood collection applications where minimizing waste and maintaining sterility are critical. Unlike larger anticoagulant bags intended for collection of full donor units, the convenient 30 mL format allows clinicians to draw only the amount needed for small-volume blood collection procedures, helping reduce waste, contamination risk, and unnecessary cost. CPDA-1 (Citrate Phosphate Dextrose Adenine) combines anticoagulant and preservative properties to support blood collection and extend whole blood storage for up to approximately 35 days when stored under appropriate conditions.
